• When will I receive my order?

  All local orders are baked fresh Fridays. They are available for pickup Friday evenings between the hours of 5:00 PM & 7:00 PM (this is preferred) OR Saturday AM for a short window, which must be specified when ordering. Doughlicious is currently working on more baking/pickup days for you.

• Where are you located?

  Doughlicious INC. is an online bakeshop based out of Moncton, New Brunswick. We do not have a storefront (yet!), however, you'll be happy to know we have plans to ship nationwide and we offer local pickup here in Moncton, NB.

• Where is pickup?

  We will schedule a time and a place once your order is received. Pickup memos go out Thursday with all the information you will need.

• How do I pick up my order?

  If you select the local pickup option, you will receive an email with all the instructions once your order is processed (Thursday evening). Please read them carefully. 

• How big are Doughlicious cookies?

  Glad you're wondering! All of our cookies are 5oz and up, depending on the flavour. That's more than ¼ of a POUND!!! We strive to offer the biggest cookies. Perfect for multiple servings and for you to share OR enjoy on our own, as we do! No judgment here.

• How do I store Doughlicious cookies?

  Our cookies are made with the highest quality base, so that means zero preservatives.

   

  Shelf life in packaging: up to 10 days. 

  Refrigerated packaging: up to 2 weeks.

  Freezer in packaging: up to 6 months.

   

  Our cookies freeze and re-bake great, so we suggest if you do not plan on eating all of your cookies in the first few days after receiving them, store them in the freezer. When you are ready to enjoy, just reheat or let your cookie sit on the counter to come to room temperature!

   

  Flavours are constantly updating! If you see a limited-time flavour that you like, order and freeze for later.

• So how do I reheat?

  If frozen, you can let your Doughlicious cookie sit out for a few hours and it will be ready to eat, or you can reheat your Doughlicious cookie by popping them in the oven.
